Progress bar appears at random

Has anyone else noticed a fault whereby the progress bar appears at the bottom of the screen completely unprompted? At first I thought I’d sat on the remote, but it happens when the remote is sitting on the table. It happens when streaming both sky and non-sky programs.  Not critical, it’s easily cleared by pressing backup button, but quite annoying.

Yes I have it too, i also assumed i had sat on the remote.

Same issue here as well, along with the picture freeze , sound dropouts, Technical fault wait for your  program to load,  It's getting annoying now , everyday it's one or the other. 😡

Hi all.  

Same problem here too. I have 3 pucks and 2 are showing this fault; one of them replaced only last week is now faulting again. And tonight the whole screen turned blue whilst streaming a Sky channel then the box went into standby on its own. For nearly a £100 a month, not good!

As far as I know, 3rd party apps are unaffected.

I was in a private chat which I couldn't continue with as I was away from my  TV for a week they said they would contact me again when I returned home.

No one has contacted me since I returned on Friday .

So it could be sorted as to why this was happening .

I have had it today as well and it asking for my pin number to watch the f1, whats going on???

Done the timeline bar thing again this morning on BBC1 . Disappeared then sound and frozen picture. Had to change channel then back to BBC1.

How much longer do we have to put up with this poor service.. 

I have had enough of all the faults on it, and Sky are bringing out Sky OS 2. 🤣

Get version 1 working properly first. 🤞.
