Recently Sky Stream has problems. Changing channels you get black screen with "waiting to load" then channel appears. More frequent "there is a technical fault with this programme" and have to reset device to clear issue.
i have performed resets including a full factory reset but issue with slow channel
loaf continues.
i have ultra fast fibre broadband and Puck is hard wired with an Ethernet connection.
