Problems with On Demand Content ?

Ive been having problems with on demand content and they have have now returned and im receiving conflciting ifnormation. Originally when I wnet to watch the TV Series "an Idiot Abroad"- whcih Sky ahs full rights to, for Series 1 episode 3 it would not let me wtach it directly through Sky on dmeand and it would direct me through to Amazon prime and i'd have to buy or rent that episode, I raised this with Sky and was told that it was an "error" and would be resolved, shortly it was resolved and I was able to watch it again all through Sky. Today I noticed taht an idiot abroad series 1 episode 3 (the same episode with a previous error) is now missing again, I spoke with Sky customer rleations and they just said its not on the catalogue but didnt acknwoledge why they previously stated it was an error before and gave contradictory information.

Series 1 Ep3 does seem to have been removed from Sky and NOW. It may perhaps be linked to the episode's location - Jordan. It being a middle eastern country, and the current situation there, there may be reasons of taste or decency which prevent it being available for now. 

If you're desperate to see it then it does seem to be available for purchase on Prime Video, but it may become available again on Sky if the situation in the Middle East improves.

@Angel_Aka  thank you so much ! I didnt even think of that and that is such an interesting reason especiallya s its removed fro Now too, its just starnge as I was told it was an "error" at first hence why it was re isntated now removed again which is very confusing.

Yes, strange that it was re-instated and then removed again. It always takes quite a bit of paperwork to have individual episodes removed from a series. Reasons aren't always given if they are of a sensitive nature, but often they can just have a flag on the metadata which prevents the episode being 'seen' by SkyOS, so it's therefore unavailable to customers too.

@Tommy2 have you tried  youtube by any chance it's there as I've searched for it myself.
