Trying to stream soccer, but keeps loading and says "there is a technical problem with the program selected.

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreHi @Bismark60 and welcome to the forum. The first thing to try at the first sign of any issue is to reboot/restart your puck. From my own experience this has always resolved the issue you describe (until the next time).
To start the restart procedure go to Settings > System Management > Resets & Updates > Restart device. It takes about three minutes to completely reboot the puck. You will have a blank screen for a couple of minutes before the Sky logo appears so don’t be concerned when this happens.
