Problems streamingin the evening with sky puck

In the evenings when trying to access streamed options like netflix prime channel four streams and also purchased movies all I get is buffering

What system do you have?

I only have sky puck not sky Q and puck

What broadband speeds do you get?   What wifi speeds do you also get?
