Re: Problem with wireless route
Hi @Janet113 Yes, your router is the Sky Hub. I see you have already rebooted the router but have you tried rebooting your Sky puck. This can be done in Settings >System Management > Resets & Updates > Restart device.
It takes a couple of minutes to completely reboot and you will have a blank screen for a couple of minutes before the Sky logo appears.
If that doesn't work try unplugging the router and Sky puck for a few minutes and then plugging the router back in and waiting for it to finish rebooting and then plug in the puck for it to reboot.
Hopefully that will resolve the issue but if not post back to this forum thread.
If my post has solved your issue please mark as an "Answer" as it helps others identify the solution

Re: Problem with wireless route
Many thanks for that , I will keep it as a useful guide for any future problems ,.My daughter tried to help me yesterday and it was like some horrible nightmare , it took the Sky helpline an hour to allow my daughter to help me and then followed a series of instruction that I simply could not believe in their repetition and complexity . The final solution ,which surely could have been given in minutes rather than hours , was simply to change the HDM reference from HDMI to HDMI3 . A final success which left my daughter and I totally exhausted and almost at the point of buying a new TV and starting again !
