Problem with streaming puck

Regularly when watching TV through the Skypark, the program keeps filtering and stuttering. It catches up with itself but this happens maybe every 30 seconds. If I turn off the router and restart everything again, it solves a problem for about a day and then it happens again

@AP4  It sounds like a wifi/speed issue, open the Netflix app and go to the settings tab look for speed test, how fast if the speed being reported at the puck?

 

Anything less than 20mbps for HD will cuase such issues.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.
