Problem with puk

Hi all

i had my glass TV and puk installed yesterday and when I go onto any Chanel's apart from normal TV the puk just freezes or turns of, yes I've done what it says on the app, this is a joke not even a day and it's playing up,

Try resetting the puck within the settings.

What  is your  broadband  speed  you need a minimum  of 25mps  for hd channels  and 35mps  for  uhd  channels, I  have 2 55inch  tvs  gen 1 and  gen 2 a puck and l g smart tv  sky live camera, personal computer, laptop, tablet, 3 mobile phones  3 alexers, I  have gigafast  broadband  900mps  and I  never have  had no problems, you can check your  speed to the puck by going  on Netflix  app  go to  help and click on that and go to check my network and run  it, it will tell you what  speed  you  are  getting to  the puck
