Problem connecting my sky stream to my wi fi

I am trying to set up my sky stream for the first time and it comes up on my TV screen with all the instructions but my remote control doesn't let me press wi fi using password option.

My TV remote works BTW.. that's not the problem . Doesn't want to select anything on the sky input
