I am trying to watch a video through prime app on sky STREAM(more like scream, I hate it). The video is showing as progressing but the error on the screen shows as "something went wrong, Please try again later. For more help, visit amazon.co.uk/viseohelp.
I have now spent over two our on a chat help and ended up losing the chat and can't find the person, however, we have reset router, TV, logged out and re-registered device(lg TV) and still same error. It wrksvdine on my tablet but just not through the app on my TV. Losing the will to live does anyone know how to fix this
