Price increase

My Sky puk instalment has increased without notification. Started at £26 then went to £29 and yesterday £34 was taken. This is not an annual increase as it is every few months. I don't even watch any sky channels but need the box as a conduit to watch tv. Feeling a bit ripped off.

Hi @Virgogirl and welcome to the forum.  £26 is usually the discounted price for the Ultimate viewing package (I am currently on this discount).  The month where you were charges £29 would be when the discount expired part through the month and you were charged pro-rata.  The following month you would have been charged the full amount of £34.

On the homescreen if you look at "MySky" you can view your past, present and future bills where details of the discounts etc can be viewed.
