Price increase email

Had an email about my subscription going up by £5 per month. Was not impressed. Rang up to cancel, technically I was still in contract until November was told I could cancel immediately. The interesting part was with stream I was told they can't hold you to an 18 month contract if you want to leave. The whole process went very smoothly. I was only on the phone for 20 minutes. That's the quickest I've ever had a resolution. Anyway for what I watch I don't think the increase was worth it hence cancelling.

 

As this will be my last post I was wondering what other people think about the price increase?

You'll find plenty of comment in the Account and Billing forum about the price increase. It's the nature of a public forum that the vast majority of posts are from those complaining loudly about it!
