Postcode not recognised

Just joined sky.  Setting up the app on my phone and my postcode not being accepted (recognised)

Have you put the postcode in correctly. ie have you used a 0 instead of a O,  that type of mistake.

There's no 0 or any letter/number that could be confused.

i have also tried in caps and lower case and I have tried with and without a gap.  Tried several times and no change, same message but thank you
