Poor service

Very poor service from sky repeated issues with the streaming puck. Put a complaint in after having been on hold and spoke to lots of different people for 50 minutes to only have been then hung up on just despite being totally polite. On the complaint I phoned up to be on hold for about another 40 minutes then to be transferred to the correct department to then be immediately disconnected. Put another complaint in arranged a call back this time and they never bothered to call me. Tonight I had a missed call from a sky mobile number. I aren't well. He wasn't a missed call I answered it spoke to someone who immediately hung up on me. It's absolutely ridiculous. They keep saying you have to call them to progress a complaint. I must now have about five complaints running because each time they decide to not answer me or hang up I lodge another one in due course I just go to Ofcom once it reaches the time threshold

Escalation is to the appointed ADR rather than Ofcom.
