Poor network speeds

I am currently having speed issues with a Sky stream puck. I am using it with my LG tv as the picture is better than the Sky glass tv .

I set up the Sky glass tv next to the LG tv and puck in the same room and tested the network speed on each via Netflix multiple times. The LG tv with puck had as low as 28 mbs and the Sky glass was 480 mbs. At times the LG tv and puck is slow and stutters during live sport. Why is there such a speed difference between devices? My BT speed is 930 mbs
