Poor Service

Having recently moved from Virgin Media to Sky I thought I would have very or no issues with my tv or briadband, wrong  being onSky for just a few months  amhaving repeated issues with my tv / broadband. Sometimes I loose the channel I'm watching only to have a blue screen so I then have go back into the menu to select the program again, then there's the pause issue, if I pause anything and go to make a drink on returning my tv has lost the tv signal so once again missed out on minutes of what I was watching. If this continues it will leave me with no option but to cancel  what I deem is a poor service. Then there trying to contact Sky support, firstly does even exist as the only support I have managed to get is the stupid AI support. Never had this with Virgin so if my issue is not resolved like I said it's Vigrin Media for me at thleast their supprt was a lot better than Sky.
