Playlist missing episodes, but app shows them?

Ony playlist I've added a series. However it shows ep1 and ep4. I then went into the 5 app, and it shows all ep's -why?

Surely the playlist should show all episodes, and then I can click from there?

The playlist relies on receiving correct metadata which links programmes from their source app to SkyOS. If the broadcaster doesn't provide Sky with this metadata then episodes can get missed.

Which programme is that?

Your best bet to get this checked and resolved by Sky is to send an email to the Sky Viewer relations team to report it;
[email protected]

They will pass into third parties broadcasters also to correct such things if they need to.
The Viewer relations team do respond to emails with any updates for your queries or problems.
