Playing the Trailer not the Movie
I'm currently trying to watch IT (2017) on my Sky Stream. However, when I click play it only plays the trailer and lists the runtime as 2 minutes.
I know it's available on Sky and is showing on sky cinema. I set it to "record" a showing last night thinking it might then become available but the same thing is happening.
is there an issue with this title/the video upload on Sky's end, or is it actually incorrectly listed? It doesn't take me to the store to buy it when I click play so I assume it should be available.
I have also tried playing it through Sky Go on my phone and get the movie properly - so it must be a Sky Stream issue?

Re: Playing the Trailer not the Movie
Hi @4d4m I have just tried IT and the full version is there. The easiest way is to just say IT into your voice button and it appears. You can then either watch it (no pun intended) or press the red Save to Playlist button to watch it all at a later time. I hope that helps.
