Pixelating

Hi I turned on my puck this morning and every channel is badly pixelated.. I reset my router and the sky puck but it has made no difference.. I have an excellent  signal to my box. It's problem. After problem. I've followed all instructions provided to no avail..

Have you run a network check from the get help menu on the puck's Netflix app? This is the only way to find out the actual speed being received.

Yes that's one of the first things I did the speed is more than adequate..
