On all Qvc channels the picture is pixelating. How can this be resolved?

Thanks for your help. My neighbour had put up 2 hanging baskets which had blocked the signal.

QVC Channels 601-604 are all playing out fine for me.

Would suggest trying a restart of your Sky Stream box, as below. If still happening after the restart report back here.

Go to Settings>Systems Management>Resets & Updates
Select Restart device
Your Sky Stream puck will perform a reboot. It will take a few minutes to complete
