Pixelated screen on all channels and on demand

I'm having the same issue that others have had with an intermittent pixelated screen. It's happening on all channels and also on streaming things on demand (thus far on Succession and Dune Prophecy).

@Jh5342  What speed is you puck getting?  Open the netflix app on your puck, go to Get Help, run the connection test.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.
