Picture and sound issues on ITV's Euros coverage.
I'm getting picture freezing and sound clipping only on the ITV channel during their Euros match coverage. Not happening on the BBC feeds (Standard and HDR). Using ethernet as the connection and have 300 FTTP.
Is this happening to other Streamers?

Nope. It's been rock solid for us. Normally this kind of behaviour is due to a connection speed/quality issue.
Run a speed test via the Netflix app as this will show you what speeds and connection quality your Puck is recieving.

Re: Picture and sound issues on ITV's Euros coverage.
For other programs I was getting this issue on various channels, so I swapped to WiFi. I don't seem to have these issues. I am hoping Sky tech team will look into this. It's nothing to do with my broadband cause that's all been tested. I suspect it's the puck and being a relatively new product, there will be teething problems
It's a great product though and so pleased I have moved from Q to stream

Re: Picture and sound issues on ITV's Euros coverage.
I've watched all the euro matches live so far, ITV, BBC and iPlayer app on Stream.
Not seen any glitches on either of my pucks.
One on wifi and the other on ethernet.
Be good, as a starter, as mentioned in post above, to run the Netflix app speed test on the Sky Stream and report the speed.
Sky Stream with two pucks (Former Sky Q and Sky+ customer), Sky Ultrafast + using Sky SR203 hub. Sky Protect kit tester.
My good journey to Sky Stream from Sky Q. Click here to read

Re: Picture and sound issues on ITV's Euros coverage.
Thanks for the replies and advice, guys.
Everything I watch on Stream has been rock solid HD, UHD, DV, HDR it's literally just the ITV coverage of the Euros that is displaying issues.
Now having said that, I've just watched all of the 1st half of the Belgium v Slovakia match (on ITV) without issue.
If the 2nd half is glitch free then I'll label it as 'one of those things'. If it does start to glitch then I'll swap to Wifi as suggested.
Just for reference, I'm getting 88Mbps on the Netflix test.
