For some time our picture and sound have been freezing, all channels. Have done self resolve on my sky,, all ok, end up back at the beginning. I have phoned sky twice, agents helpful and have taken me through further (different ) steps to resolve, supposed to phone me back to check-first one I missed the call, second one never called. Problem subsists, all I want is a new puck!
