It is activated but will not except my email address when signing in for the first time. it says email not registered. But I can sign into my sky account with it? Confused any help please thanks Gromit

What email address did you use when you created your Paramount Plus account - it may not necessarily be the same email address you used for your Sky account?

Hi thank you for getting back to me, the email address is the same as i use for sky
