Paramount + connecting - got sky cinema on streaming service

I have sky cinema but when I go to log into Paramount plus which I thought was free if you have sky cinema it's asking for myself to subscribe, the sky cinema, I have Is now using the streaming service where we used to have sky Q and never had any problems with Paramount plus but since moving to streaming it doesn't look like it's free?!? How can I connect to it?
