PUCK BOX STUCK/OFF AS IS MESSAGE ON SCREEN!!!

I've tried EVERYTHING - I had not used Sky for a few days and when I wanted it again, it never worked again! Press 4 and 6 and hold for 2 seconds is the screen message and continue doesn't work on that screen either. Puck has intermittently flashed Amber and something and red and something or the light is just off. HELP!!!! PLEASE
