PTC Punjabi Audio Latency

I'm having trouble with PTC Punjabi channel.  There is sometimes an audio latency of around 12 seconds.

The best cause of action would be to report this to sky viewer relations. viewerr@sky.uk is their email address. They will investigate with the broadcaster and feedback.
