Outage in Southampton?

My Sky tv is not working in Southampton. Can somebody explain what to do, please? I pay £22/month is that called Sky Stream? Any help appreciated!

@KipSoton  There won't be a localised outage unless your broadvband is down.  How long has your puck been down?

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

Do you have a Sat Dish ... that's the deciding factor on what the service is called rather than the cost😉
