Our TV has and Decoder have just been installed but the Decoder is just saying “Updating Software”
Our TV has and Decoder have just been installed but the Decoder is just saying “Updating Software”
we are unable to stream and watch anything. Need your urgent help

Surely that's an issue with your TV rather than the Sky stream puck?

@Eunice29 Just to be clear there is no decoder, Sky will have either provided a Glass Tv & Stream puck or a stream puck on it's own depending on the oprder you placed.
Or in the case of Sattellite TV a Sky Q box.
What exactly did you order?

Turn the Glass TV or the Stream puck (whichever device you have) off at the wall for ten minutes then power back on and follow the on-screen instructions again. Hopefully this time the software update will then take place.
It's not uncommon for these devices to get a bit stuck during initial setup.
