Order failure at payment stage
I'm trying to place an order for Sky Stream but it is failing at the payment stage. System already has my payment details but wants me to fill in information for my credit card as well. Then goes to a blank screen with failure at the end of the URL.
AI is not help, just goes around in circles.
Don't seem to be able to speak to a real person!

When calling Sky try saying nothing when asked any questions by the bot and then remain on the line for as long as you can as hopefully you will get directed through to an advisor.
