Omg ok g daily problems with sky tv

Hi there

every time I put on sky and want to watch series or movie picture freezes couple of

times and I need to restart pluck. But it doesn't help. It's not possible to watch it anymore. 
can you help. Maybe the pluck needs changing? O am watching prisoner and have already had frozen picture 8 times within 20 minutes. Kind regards E
