Phone working but no tv signal not even terrestrial. Had rebooted router numerous times. Pls help!

Have you rebooted the puck? Turn it off at the wall for at least a minute then power it back on and see if that helps.

By terrestrial are you referring to the likes of BBC 1, ITV etc as live channels via your Sky Stream Puck?
