If anyone wanted to exercise their rights to cancel their streaming contract, or go back to their old one - how would they contact Sky? They seem to remain anonymous from direct contact by email.

@Graylione you'll probably find an email address in your contract, but it's likely to be quicker and more efficient to call.

You'll find a CONTACT US page if you drill down through the HELP pages once logged in to your Sky account.

Thanks for the trouble, but that link in itself doesn't help much. I am specifically looking for a way to directly contact Sky.   Delving through all the sub-options menus, I found the 37-page contract docs, in which there is a phone number - [removed]- and one email address - [removed]  I will keep a note of these. The lady who "sold2 me t he streaming service over the phone, said that I would not be able to cancel the contract.  She's also the person who said that all my Sky+HD box recordings would still be availab le after activating my Puck!  I must make a formal complaint about that.  From other forum postings it seems that others have been told lies too!

@Graylione  if you're intending to reply to a particular post, it's best to tag the poster concerned, or quote the post you're replying to in your reply.

 

Otherwise the reasonable conclusion is that you're replying to the post immediately before your reply.
