Internet is fine, iPlayer, netflix and discovery+ apps work fine via the puck.
Just got no live channels to watch normal TV.

What does the netflix speedtest show?

Live channels typically seem to require a slightly stronger Wifi signal and more bandwidth to work compared with the apps, so as suggested by @GD1 your Wifi signal could still be the problem.

Also worth noting that internet speed is only part of it, the strength and stability of the WiFi signal is key for the sky streaming platform as it requires a strong and stable connection to work as intended.

You can get an idea of whether that is an issue by running a high bit rate UHD demo on YouTube in nerd stats mode for 10 mins on the Puck😉
