I have subscribed to the puck multi room but puck tv said no subscription on setup

Hi @GSR1 

 

Is whole home showing in your subscription on the my Sky app or website? If so try powering off your puck at the mains for a few minutes and trying again.

 

If not you will need to speak to Sky (or we can escalate your post here).
