I hae installed Sky stream today as trialling as alternative to Sky Q. I have the whole home option. All working as it should be on my main TV but not the second puck. Set up seemed to go fine but when I try to watch any core content through viewing guide I just see "loading" in the sub box. I know it is not a network issue as I can watch Netflix and other apps with no problems. Interestingly I tried looking at the help videos and they would not load either. Other Sky content via Sky catch up app also not available I get a "please wait for programme to load" message which then moves to "there is a technical fault with this channel please try later". Anyone got any ideas?

Resolved! Should have tried the obvious first. Powered off and restarted whch seems to have resolved the porblem.
