No sound

Hi 

I'm hoping someone can help me with my sky stream please? There is no sound. I have tried all the obvious things like turning off and on, changing the volume, checking the volume on the actual tv. I just can't get it to work again

Change the audio format on the puck's audio settings. Try passthrough or PCM.
