No sound

I have no sound on sky channels - my fire stick has sound so not my tv

Have you tried restarting your Puck, either via the Settings menu or by switching it off at the plug for a minute?

Go to settinngs and sound settings set the audio output to PCM. This is the 'simplest' audio output, if its set to anything else and your sound system does not understand it you may get silence.
