No sound through puck

Hi, I have no sound through one of my pucks, tv sound is on without going through pick so not a tv issue. Actual sky glass in other room is ok an other puck is ok. Picture is fine. Sound just went off on its own whilst watching tv. Tv , hub and puck have all been switched off for several minutes and restarted but issue remains. Can anyone advise please. Have been through settings but nothing is making a difference.

Hi @keg9172 In addition to the steps you have already tried you could also try a different HDMI socket on the TV and even try a different HDMI cable.  If you don't have a spare cable use the one currently connected to your other puck just for the experiment.  I have seen many issues on the forum that have been caused by a faulty cable so it's worth trying.

 

Also try swapping the puck with your other one to see if the issue follows the puck, if it does then call Sky to discuss as the puck may have developed a fault.
