No sky tv

We have no TV  programmes just keep coming up reset .and have done this more then 8 times.

@Sue83  Thats not a message normally associated with a Stream Puck.

 

What is the full message?  Have you tried unplugging the Stream puck for a couple of minutes?

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.
