No signal detected
When starting up... white light flashes on sky puck near tv then goes off. Message reads no signal detected.
I have tried all the things suggested

Hi @CL38
If it's flashing white it's not booting up. What things have you tried? Have you tried a full reset of your puck?
And to reset: https://www.sky.com/help/articles/setting-up-sky-glass-sky-logo - namely step 5.
Failing that sky will need to replace your puck.
