No service black screen

Watching my Sky Streaming Service screen just went black  I have tried to reset i e turned off plugs switched on again. Still black screen no message with an intermittent sound

@Frustrateduser5   When you switched off at the plug, did you leave it a few minutes before turning back on?

Presumably you have been able to watch and it just went black while watching?

How is your router connected to your puck, is it with an Ethernet cable or over Wi-Fi?
