No email to track delivery.

Ordered stream box. No email to track delivery etc. Been over 3 days. Cannot speak to anyone all automated.

Hi @Redbell Try logging into your MySky account at www.sky.com and see if there is any tracking information on there including under My Documents.

 

If you phone Sky, after you have answered some security questions and you get to the chatbots you can bypass it by staying silent and you will eventually be put through to a member of the Sky team.
