No active subscription
Hi
I signed up for sky last week and received my puck on Thursday, I tried setting up the puck on Saturday but it still says no active subscritption, wht do I do, I followed all the sets on screen and tried restsrting the puck.

You will have to call sky as we are fellow customers here on the community. There isikely an issue on the account that will need resolving by Sky.
