No WiFi Connection

So for weeks my puck has been freezing on pictures and stuttering and now it won't load anything at all! I know my WiFi is completely fine and is sky 300MB and everything else is working fine including my TV apps which is right next to the puck. Honestly I give up!

Where is your puck located? Behind the TV?

Have you run a network check from the get help menu on the puck's Netflix app? This is the only way to discover the broadband speed actually being received by the puck.
