No Internet connection
I've run all the checks and reset router and puck but the puck isn't connecting to the internet.
internet is working for some other devices in the household but not all?
any suggestions?

You haven't given us a lot of information to go off. Is this a new puck your are setting up? If so try the steps outlined here: https://www.sky.com/help/sky-tv/sky-tv-stream/setting-up-sky-stream/articles/connect-tv-help-sky-gla...
Also try using an ethernet cable to complete setup and then switching back to WiFi has worked for a number of people.
If not there is a bug that a few posters including myself are suffering from. Glass and Pucks saying no WiFi when coming out of standby. Pressing home a few times gets the home screen to load and live TV will work, but apps won't.
I find putting my device in standby, restarting the router waiting 1 full minute and then pressing the home button takes me straight back to the home screen with all apps working. Sky are investigating this issue.
