New setup for Disney+
I am trying to setup Disney+ on my puck. I cannot enter any numbers for my one-time code, therefore cannot proceed further

thanks.
I spoke to Sky and went through various resets, bateery changes etc.
I can use the controller to chaneg channels on live TV
It would appear thst the problem lies with the PUCK , so they have sent me a new one.
Currently waiting for arrival to test.
