New box setting.

I am setting new sky box but when he ask pin last 4 digit of my mobile no, i entered but nothing. Attempt remain 0 as wel.

PIN number for a Sky Q box is usually the last four digits of your viewing card number unless you've changed it.

Hi @Mazher1 

Default Q pin is the last 4 digits of your Sky viewing card if you haven't changed it.

There is no card, and sky told me ut will last 4 digit of my mobile no. My box is sky stream.

@Mazher1 You must be using the last 4 numbers of your phone number registered to your Sky account.  Maybe you have changed your phone number since registering with Sky or maybe they have a typo on your number.  You can check this by going to www.sky.com and logging into your My Sky account.  After signing in click the small head and shoulders icon on the top right and then select my details from the new menu.  Next select manage account info and you will see the registered phone number.
