Netflix

For the last couple of weeks, when I click on the Netflix App or click a programme in 'Continue Watching' which is on Netflix I get a black screen. I have to go back to my SKY homepage, access settings, system updates, reset/updates and then restart device in order to watch any programmes on Netflix each time. This only happens with the Netflix App.
