Netflix wont link to sky account.

I moved from Sky Q to Sky Stream as we needed to move the TV and couldn't have wires from the dish. My Netflix was separate.

 

The switch happened in March 2026. 

 

I logged into Netflix on the puck, which is supposed to link the accounts. It failed and I ended up paying for Netflix as usual. I have spent several hours on the phone trying to sort this out.

 

I have cancelled my standalone Netflix in the hope this would trigger the link, as advised my a Sky employee. This failed.

 

I down graded the Netflix package via the My Sky App to Basic so it cost nothing. I hoped this would also trigger the link. It hasn't.

 

Now when I go to Netflix App and try and login it says I don't actually have Netflix on my Sky account. Despite appearing on My Sky App and saying active.

 

Today after a 1 hour phone call i was advised it will take 3 days to stop the premium service and switch to the basic and this will sort the switch.

 

It is beyond ridiculous that Sky cannot fix this problem.

 

Has anyone any ideas. If it isn't linked by 29th April then I will be cancelling the whole thing and moving to EE TV which I should have done anyway.
